We installed Bay Monitoring in Car Park A in 2005 the
first such system in the U.K.

From our first meeting with Bob Ritchie, the Centre Director, and subsequent meetings with Gareth Evans of Morley Fund Management appointed by Norwich Union to manage the Centre, they both showed a prescient level of belief in what Bay Monitoring could achieve for them.

They faith was not misplaced since from the time HPSL went operational their revenues increased significantly to the point where they have recouped their costs many times over. They then ordered a second system for the newly re-built Car Park B.

British Airports Authority (BAA) first ordered our Bay Monitoring system for their short stay MSCP at Terminal 1.

They were so impressed that they chose HPSL to similarly equip their new prestige 3500 space MSCP at T5. Because some 300 spaces were open air, we specially developed
a unique floor fixed wireless sensor which could be incorporated into the networked system.

The bespoke back office control, management and statistical package is a feature particularly useful to the
car park operators. The T5 MSCP has been nominated
for several industry awards.
